Achieving Age Expectations In Maths in Year 6

The session will be delivered by Jo Cronin from Mathstopia and will be aimed at Maths Subject Leads and Year 6 Teachers and will provide delegates with a range of high quality practical ideas, strategies and resources that they will be able to immediately utilise and implement in their classrooms.  The session will also review the 2018 Arithmetic and Reasoning papers, consider the findings from these and how to plan for further developing your pupils’ outcomes within these in 2019.

The session  will provide teachers with a range of high quality practical ideas, strategies and resources for how to best support your Year 6  children in “Achieving Age Related Expectations” and “Greater Depth” at the end of Key Stage 2.

Time:  12.30-3.30pm
