9:00 am - 4:45 pm
Key Information:
This one day CPLD opportunity includes learning based on the skills and attitudes of a peer reviewer, what it like to be reviewed and how the coaching conversation differs from other conversations.
The day will focus on the GROW model of coaching, as well as coaching using ‘A Time to Think’ by Nancy Kline. It will also explore opportunities for coaching outside of a peer review model and offers opportunities for self-reflection and planning for peer support.
Julian Hamm’s (facilitator) mission is to create and facilitate memorable, challenging, innovative learning experiences, rooted in a learner’s world of work. Julian has significant experience with developing coaching skills and as well as holding a PGCE, has worked with a number of international companies and organisations to support coaching and leadership development (including Cambridge University, Imperial College and Manchester University).
There are only 5 places available, however if there is more interest PTSA will run a second session, this is on a first come first served basis initially.
