Developing Middle Leaders
A series of six taught sessions, which develop the skills required of a Middle Leader in schools today. There will be an opportunity to conduct a self-evaluation of current leadership strengths and experiences that will be a focus for the personal development of each leader. As part of the course, each delegate will work on a significant improvement project. This CPD is suitable for Middle Leaders who are early in their leadership career.

This programme is led by Karen Menis – Local Leader of Education and Headteacher,
Karen is an experienced Headteacher with a demonstrated history of working in the primary education industry. She is skilled in coaching. Early Childhood Education. Educational Consulting, Classroom Management and has a Master of Education (M. Ed.) from King’s College London.
