Outline: Back by popular demand, this CPD, suitable for primary and secondary teachers, addresses the specific challenge around pupils using frequent, indiscriminate racist language that we know has increased significantly in our schools over the past academic year. Developed in collaboration with teachers and EMA teams nationally, this up-to-date training provides understanding of the power of language in modern culture, and practical advice on how to develop a school culture which champions equity and manages racist incidents through a positive, transformative approach.
