Developing Rich Reasoning and Problem Solving in KS2 Classrooms

 

Event Description: This course will actively explore two of the core National Curriculum aims for primary maths: reasoning and problem solving. Delegates will look closely at how these areas can best be developed in their particular key stage and will come away with a range of exciting, purposeful and practical ideas and resources which they will be able to immediately develop within their own schools and classrooms.

Aims/Objectives: Provide teachers with a range of high quality practical ideas, strategies and resources for how to best support your KS1 with reasoning and problem solving in maths.

Outcomes: Further improve outcomes for Key Stage 2 maths.
