Outline: This popular session, suitable for school leaders and teachers across phases, addresses the specific challenge around pupils using racist language, which has increased significantly in our schools over recent years. Developed in collaboration with teachers and EMA teams nationally, this up-to-date training provides understanding of the power of language in modern culture, and practical advice on how to develop a school culture which champions equity and manages racist incidents through a positive, transformative approach.
