Aims:

To raise standards in all Plymouth schools, by up-skilling serving TAs so that they can effectively contribute to the improvement agenda; this is similar to the Empowering Teaching and Learning (ETL) model of watching and reflecting on good / outstanding practice.

Target Audience:

This development programme is aimed at Teaching Assistants who are already in post and have some experience of working within a school setting. It is focused on Level 2/Level 3 objectives linked to the Occupational Standards with a focus on pedagogy.
